This has been a life changing experience. Thanks to Betr health, I have been able to lose the weight in 8 weeks when I have been trying for 13 years, 26 lbs so far!!This is not just about weight loss but it’s about understanding how to fuel your body with nutritious food and it’s backed by science. Thanks to my Coach Jennifer, I am equipped to continue my journey to stay healthy and make Betr choices.

This program changed my life. Not only did I lose weight, but I feel so much better. I have more energy, I sleep better, no bloating, no headaches, and I know how to prepare and cook healthy meals. I learned that you don't need grease, a lot of salt, and heavy sauces for your food to taste good. It's not a diet, it's a lifestyle change. Food is here to nourish us, give us energy, keep us alive; food wasn't meant to make us sick or be the cause our death...we can control that.

I have been on the Betr Health program for 3 weeks now. I am down 14 pounds but the better results are that I no longer crave sugar, I sleep so much better and I have a lot more energy. My coach has been awesome! He sends encouragement and tips daily. He is patient with my questions and problem areas. I recommend this program 100%!

I started my Betr Health journey on September 21rst and so far I am down 16.1 pounds down and feeling much better! I have a great coach named Keith, who guides me and uplifts me daily. The program is easy to follow and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a different way to get and stay healthy! I have a long ways to go but I’m confident and motivated that now I can do this and do it well! The support is awesome and we have a great community both in the Betr Health App as well as on Facebook! Give it a shot people! You won’t regret it.

Phenomenal program. The coaching is key and the program isn’t based around unsustainable fad diets. If you’re looking for a healthy change and logical weight loss based on creating good habits and not suffering through making these lifestyle changes I highly recommend giving this at least two weeks to try and see for yourself. Seriously.

I am not a joiner. I haven’t been successful in the past because I didn’t like the feeling of no control over my choices. This program has been such a blessing to my life. I like the coaching. They are truly dedicated to helping you succeed. I make my own choices from a very well constructed plan and I take suggestions from my coach. I initially thought weighing daily was going to be a obstacle but daily weigh in actually motivating my day. I fell supported not dictated. Every ounce is a celebration! I feel so much better I have energy I never thought I would have just by changing my eating, my attitude and my life for the Betr!

I am so glad that I joined Betr Health. I have learned to eat better and to live a Betr lifestyle. I have lost 11.9 pounds in 4 weeks. I am never hungry. I eat until I feel full. Betr Health is so worth it! The Coaches are great. They are there to cheer you on and guide you in the right direction to a Betr you! I was skeptical at first but I am so glad I jumped right in. I feel better, sleep better, and my indigestion is almost nonexsitant. My husband even joined me and he has lost 30 pounds. He of course had more to loose than myself so it has been great for the both of us. I am looking forward to Level 2! THANK YOU BETR HEALTH!

I have been with betr health for almost 24 days and I lost 13 lbs so happy with the result, I learned so much from my coach Anita and listening to dr Ferro’s Tuesday lecture, I learned so much about food and what works for me plus the app is great tool and very helpful. Thanks betr health
