Nothing else worked. Post pregnancy/c-section/septic shock/post-partum-thyroiditis I kept gaining weight and getting more sad and frustrated every day. I was tired and fed up of people telling me I was scared of failing, should just do keto, accept middle age spread - you name it... By week 7 I was 21 pounds down. Read again, 21 pounds!!!! I sleep better, feel better, skin looks better, I'm happier..and i know I can meet my goal. My coach Bonnie was great very supportive and encouraging. Hey when you weigh yourself EVERY day it can be motivating and frustrating when you need help getting over plateaus. And if you still have doubts you can do this and it will work? Well I work full time, have no family help, take my child the 3 specialist appointments per week, i also go to therapy because of being the victim of an awful crime... but in 8 weeks I significantly changed habits. and i'm sure you can too. oh and dr ferro rocks. he also gave me a tip to try on my 3 year old and his persistent runny nose and related skin irritation CLEARED UP. Just do start. Keep listening and trying and soon you'll be doing little dances like. nobody is watching.

This is my second time going through the Betr Health food protocol. I never thought I would be able to learn so much during my second time. My coach Anita is so helpful and understanding, I can see why she is one of the head coaches at Betr. She has a wealth of information and experience to share and I really benefit from her guidance. I love how easy it is to get started with the program and how connected we are to others in the Betr community. I love choosing from foods that are natural and the science behind the program. It truly works and there is no medicine involved just food! This program will be something that I keep with me for the rest of my life.

Fantastic program. You really never know how certain foods effect your body, mood, gut until you eliminate them and then try to add them back in. What a wake up call! It’s not all about the weight loss...that’s the bonus! It’s about a Betr lifestyle and feeling Betr for it!

I cannot say enough great things about this program! First of all, I’ll be honest and say initially I was a little skeptical. I can tell you that within 3 days, I was already starting to notice increased energy, better sleep, and clearer thinking. In the first 20 days, I lost 20 pounds!!!!!! Along this journey, Betr is constantly educating you daily and I have learned so much about food that I did not know. You will have some days that are a little rough (change is hard), but you are never alone. There is a group chat where you can cheer on, get ideas from, and share with others on the journey. There is also access to a group of coaches who will answer any questions that you might have come up. And lastly, my favorite part is your own personal coach!!!! My coach Alanna, is the best! She has encouraged me every step of the way. She is knowledgeable, gives me great ideas, and motivates me to keep pushing towards my goal. Did I mention that prior to starting this program, I was waking up with headaches at least 2 to 3 times a week....my headaches are now GONE! (Insert happy dance) I am so glad I started this program and can’t wait to see how much more it’s going to transform my life. The Betr Program works for those who work the Betr Program!!

At the age of 59 I let myself go. I ballooned up to 210 lbs. and started having health problems. I had tried diets before but they always produced the same results - they were not sustainable. Betr Health is not a diet - its a lifestyle. I started 3 weeks ago and I have already lost 13 pounds. I never find myself hungry and I'm learning how to cook. The Betr Health coaches are amazing and really hold you accountable. Thank you Heidi, Dr. Ferro and the entire Betr Health team. I'm halfway to my goal

I just started this program this week. In 5 days I have lost 10 pounds! To be honest, I didn't think I could do it and I truly doubted it would work. But this program is super helpful, easy to follow, and having a coach to run things off of and support me along my journey is so helpful! I didn't think it would be so simple to completely change my diet but the weight coming off the scale everyday is seriously great motivation to keep going!

I have been so happy with this program. It is a lifestyle change of eating whole foods. After 4 weeks on the program I've lost 12 pounds, improved my sleep quality, feel great, I'm down almost 2 pant sizes and I'm continuing to lose inches just by focusing on eating whole foods (no grains like wheat or processed grains, no processed sugar) focusing on many great veggies and fruits as well as protein to heal your body from the inside out.

I’ve been Betr for 3 months and it’s becoming my way of life. I now think green, organic, grain-fed and I feel so much physically better in addition to my 26 lb weight loss. I’m so glad I gave this a try because it’s changed my life for good. I always scoffed at “organic” because of the prices, but I’m now a believer, and what’s worth your money any more than taking care or your body and health? You have no life without that, so ponder that for a moment. The food is great, you just have to plan ahead and go to the grocery store more often, lol. I’ve actually joined a delivery system where I can choose my own (Imperfect Foods)! My first delivery is today. I’ve changed the way I eat when eating out and have realized some places don’t even have healthy salads. I look for green and leaner though, and can usually find something decent. I don’t feel entitled to “splurge” anymore and if I go off protocol, I just get back with it the very next meal. By taking what I’ve learned, I was even able to maintain within two lbs during the holidays. It made me realize how much physically better I feel eating healthy. This program is for anyone willing to TRY IT. I’ve also learned to eat foods (and enjoy them) that I would never eat before, mostly because of texture. I just kept trying them, eating small amounts until I got used to the texture. Betr is really about learning how to eat healthy and it’s something that is doable, understandable, and maintainable. To be successful on Betr...stick with the foods, get right back to it when you fall off (because we all do!), prep and plan, and remember your “adrenal cocktail” when it’s late and you have the munchies! Betr Health is great , lost over 26 pounds and feel like after the program I can keep it off with all the Betr Health recipes and knowledge I have about foods and I have to say thanks to my coach Anita for all the encouragement she has given me and advise , Thanks again Anita I couldn’t have done this without your help.
