Jayden has provided exceptional service. I have visited the Burnaby location to purchase two different bikes within six months, and he has always been very professional, guiding me through the specs of various options that best suited my needs.
With the second bike, there was a significant delay due to a problem in their system, but he worked around it to find a solution for me, ensuring that I was happy with my purchase.
Overall, I highly recommend this Burnaby location!
