Carlos at gym tech was wonderful deal with from start to finish. I walked in the store to see if they If they had the equipment that I was looking for, they did not have in store any in the store. Carlos knew exactly what I wanted and was very good at providing information about the equipment that I was looking for Carlos was very good about following up on delivery time and was a delight to deal with.

We had an amazing experience with Carlos at Gym Tech. From the first email I sent asking about equipment to their follow up after delivery, every single detail was handled with professionalism and efficiency.
Carlos answered all of my questions, made sure that I got a great price on my Stairmaster, held the machine until I moved, and then arranged for a fast delivery. Any email I sent was replied to right away. What a pleasure to work with this company! To top it off, they service their equipment and have a great warranty.
There are so many shady online fitness stores out there so it was important to me to work with people I trusted when spending this kind of money on equipment. I immediately felt at ease with Carlos and Gym Tech, especially after visiting their lovely store in Greenwich. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
