I visited the team at Trek Brunswick because my Trek Fetch was intermittently cutting out on my commute. Rob, Jayden and Declan promptly updated my software and torqued my chainring whilst I got a coffee down the road.

Since buying my second hand Trek bike (at a different shop) I’ve been bouncing around a few different bike shops in the Northside getting repair work done. I’m no bike pro (clearly) so I have just been taking people at their word for what needs to be done and how much it should cost.
When I came into Trek it was clear to me I had been well and truely taken for a ride (pun intended). Their staff immediately knew what was wrong with my bike, and were super knowledgable about any query I had. Something I was quoted $100 for at a different store, ended up costing me $37 inc. labour.
Everyone I came into contact with at Trek has been an absolute legend. Safe to say I’ll be getting my bike serviced here in the future.
