Excellent customer service with Bradley - always helpful from selecting the right bike for your needs and with service. My first time in the store was to get my bike checked from moving interstate as the removalist somehow did something to my tyres. He did it right there and then and fixed it up in no time. He also showed me some great trails to hit around the area. I returned a few months later to purchase a road bike and his customer service was the best I’ve ever experienced when purchasing a bike. He is very knowledgeable and had drawn up a few quotes with no obligation. Once drawing up a few packages for me to think about over the week, I selected my road bike and loving the new addition to the whip collection!
Cannot recommend and commend Brad and his team enough for their above and beyond service and their passion for riding and bikes.

I popped in to have the gears tweaked on a 2nd hand bike I'd just picked up from a friend. They needed more than a tweak but Bradley cheerfully adjusted and test rode my bike as well as adjusting the brakes/gear levers so that they were easier for my smallish hands to reach. I was expecting to pay for his time and patience but he was happy that I was happy - incredible service!

I picked up a new Bontrager stem with blendr base fitting. The base fitting that came in the box was a mono fitting whereas I really needed a duo fitting. No problem. The assistant at Trek Brunswick East was happy to swap the bases. I now have the perfect setup with a mount that will take both my daytime running light and my bike computer. Thanks
