I had a squeak in my seat post so I decided to call up this store, even though I didn’t buy my Trek bike from this store. I spoke to Bradley over the phone and he said to bring it in. He had greased both seat and seat post within 5 minutes and I was good to go. Will definitely take my bike here for a general service!

I’ve had a few bikes serviced here over the last few years and I had an issue with a faulty tubeless tyre. I went back and without any fuss they replaced it and fitted a brand new one for me late on a Friday arvo whilst I enjoyed a cheeky pint across the road!
