I’m often a little intimidated by the level of testosterone in a bike shop, but I immediately felt welcomed here. The young man who helped me was friendly and open, answering all my questions and being patient. I would come back here next time, for sure.

These guys are so friendly and helpful. I’ve had a few bikes serviced here over the last few years and I had an issue with a faulty tubeless tyre. I went back and without any fuss they replaced it and fitted a brand new one for me late on a Friday arvo whilst I enjoyed a cheeky pint across the road! Awesome experience team!

I agree with the 5-star comments below. The service here is stand-out good. I've dealt mostly with Bradley but everyone who has picked up the phone or seen me standing in the store, or handed my new bike over to me when it came in, has been next-level helpful, knowledgeable, experienced and just really nice. Bradley led me to the bike that I didn't even know I wanted but in fact is perfect, and picked the right size despite my uninformed assertions to the contrary. (In the end I deferred to his better judgment and am glad I did.) I've taken up so much of Bradley's time in the process of buying my new bike and getting it set up just right and he has never rushed me or made me feel like I shouldn't ask the next question (or shouldn't have asked the last one). And mostly, I genuinely trust that when these guys direct me towards a good product or give me advice on how to look after my bike, what they're saying is reliable and in my own interests. Such great service makes all the difference.

I like would to give a massive shout out to the team at Cycle Galleria Brunswick East for their expectional customer service. I have bought two bikes from this store and the customer experience on both occasions, right from sales to workshop has been top notch. Especially with my latest Trek Emonda where I decided to "customise" the build by replacing some of the standard components that the bike came with. Everyone on the team is very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. These guys know their bikes and it shows in their prudent advice and timely support, whether you are buying a new bike or looking after your old trusted steed. So thank you again Brad, Leo, James, Keiran, Jordan and Rob. I cannot recommend them enough, absolute legends!!

James, Bradley and Kieran all have excellent communication skills and were extremely helpful. I would also recommend the SHOKZ wireless bluetooth headphones - healthy because not blocking your ears and safe because can hear and react to external noise like a "jogger" running up from behind.

Staff were extremely knowledgeable about Trek road bikes, frame types, groupsets, and features, including recommendation for my type of riding and age. Very helpful in sizing me, best I've had compared to 4-5 other bike shops. Would highly recommend this shop and their friendly staff. Only caveat is limit on availability of mid price road bikes, so may have to await order from overseas, and Trek road bikes can be pricey, but top quality.
