I had a squeak in my seat post so I decided to call up this store, even though I didn’t buy my Trek bike from this store. I spoke to Bradley over the phone and he said to bring it in. He had greased both seat and seat post within 5 minutes and I was good to go. Will definitely take my bike here for a general service!
