Great, prompt response times for an email sent to exchange a product due to my ordering wrong size. Bryce organised the exchange and posted out the new product quickly allowing me to receive it before my scheduled weekend ride. Will definitely be buying form them in the future and recommend buying form the store.

Just picked up my bike from the Brunswick store today, I dealt with Leo and Bradley who are awesome, great customer service and being new back to riding since I was a teen they were happy to answer any questions I had no matter how silly they might be.
I've been to other bike stores but will be sticking to this one considering how knowledgeable and helpful they have been.

Best place in Melbourne for bike servicing. Brought my road bike in with a bottom bracket issue and they were able to sort it out really quickly. Rode a 200km audax on it the next day and it’s the best my bike has felt since it was new.

We visited 3 stores starting with QV, then Docklands & finally Brunswick East, chasing a bike in very short supply. The service & advice we received at each was excellent and totally without the usual "Bike shop" attitude! Passionate bikers who love sharing the experience & we did get our bike in the end.

Really helpful. Unfortunately, I was recommended the wrong size bell for my handlebars so I'll need to head back and swap that which is a little annoying. Great otherwise.

I picked up my bike from this store. Really helpful staff, with lots of great suggestions! I had a slight mechanical issue and brought the bike back the next day and it was fixed in no time and no hassle. Would highly recommend these guys. The service is amazing.
