A month back I bought a pair Bontrager Aeolus COMP wheels online, I was not to thrilled with the ones I bought as I did not read the description correctly. I called and told the guys my story and they where happy to help, I went through to the store to choose my new wheels and the guys where great at helping me out with a new pair of Bontrager ELITE AEOLUS WHEELSET. They held the wheels for me until I could get the extra cash to pay in and where great at communicating to me when they they where ready, the team did a great job with their service and were friendly at all times.
Thank you guys for great service, as I am moving to Essendon I will definitely be using you guys to service my bike and for all my equipment needs.

Took my bike in for a service, after a slight technical hitch, which saw a recommendation on a new chain get retracted (particularly as it was replaced 4 weeks earlier, by the same shop), the service was great, super clean and there was care given to switch to a wax lube for the winter grinds, as well as a full grease and clean of the drive train. Great winter prep and proactive approach!

ordered my bikes online as they had the models i was specifically looking for. While there were some hiccups in finalizing the order, the chat team Tanner and Peter both on their occasions handled the situation rather quickly. Peter was the last person i spoke to, and he helped close the order for me and have the models i wanted moved to the brunswick store for pickup. Overall, great experience.

Got some bad advice elsewhere and came in for a wheel build. Instead the team fixed my wheel without replacing the rim at a fraction of the expected cost. they even indexed my gears for me while they were at it.
