They were able to take my booking and service my 3 week old 2022 Trek Marlin 5 within 24 hours.
The issues were a malfunctioning gear cable and the chain clipping the derailer in the lower gears. The cable was replaced and the touching has ceased. No charge. So far so good.
The guys kept me updated during the process via email and text. They were also courteous and accommondating, which are traits that are "not negiotable" to ensure good customer service.

I broke my thru axle on my 7 years old bike. Supplier did not carry the part. I reached out to the Brunswick East team and they had a part that was a close match. Unfortunately it did not fit. They gave me a refund with no issues at all.

I went to CG in Brunswick East to service my old bike. Jude was very helpful, I was about to spend a bunch of unnecessary money on my old bike but he advised me to hold off and he helped me make a good decision about buying a new bike and then minimised the cost for servicing my old one. Because of that when I bought my new bike I went back to CG instead of somewhere else
