After many years of NOT biking, we went into this shop at Brunswick East wondering how to make sense of all the fancy bikes and seemingly endless options and accessories. Leeana and her team were great at explaining what's what and - more importantly - why this and not that, based on our needs (and dreams of a lifestyle change). Great tips on small and large things, and warm and personable service from beginning to end. We've been there three times in as many days, and each time was a great experience.
