I went to CG in Brunswick East to service my old bike. Jude was very helpful, I was about to spend a bunch of unnecessary money on my old bike but he advised me to hold off and he helped me make a good decision about buying a new bike and then minimised the cost for servicing my old one. Because of that when I bought my new bike I went back to CG instead of somewhere else

A month back I bought a pair Bontrager Aeolus COMP wheels online, I was not to thrilled with the ones I bought as I did not read the description correctly. I called and told the guys my story and they where happy to help, I went through to the store to choose my new wheels and the guys where great at helping me out with a new pair of Bontrager ELITE AEOLUS WHEELSET. They held the wheels for me until I could get the extra cash to pay in and where great at communicating to me when they they where ready, the team did a great job with their service and were friendly at all times.
Thank you guys for great service, as I am moving to Essendon I will definitely be using you guys to service my bike and for all my equipment needs.

Took my bike in for a service, after a slight technical hitch, which saw a recommendation on a new chain get retracted (particularly as it was replaced 4 weeks earlier, by the same shop), the service was great, super clean and there was care given to switch to a wax lube for the winter grinds, as well as a full grease and clean of the drive train. Great winter prep and proactive approach!
