I had my bike serviced here a couple of months ago, great service, great advice and no upselling pressure. Based on this experienced, I decided to go here to purchase my Kickr, Leanna asked me about my training and what I hoped to achieve and discussed options with me, Andy put the unit together for me and even carried it to my car for me, which seems like a small thing, but to me signifies great service. I had to grab a couple of other accessories, again Leanna took me through the best options. Thanks so much CG for taking so much time to help me out and for the enjoyable bike banter during the set up. I was also able to observe the helpful service other customers were receiving and the knowledge the staff have about the whole range of bikes, from kids bikes, to electric bikes to the fanciest road bikes.
