Top quality service. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who – particularly the manager – advise you in your interests, not theirs.
I booked my bike in for a general service, but when I picked it up the techs had 'only' done a (free) ProCare service – ie hadn't disassembled and cleaned the drive train. When I queried it, they told me I'd been keeping the bike so clean that the general service wasn't necessary; they didn't want to take my money for nothing.
It's not often enough you hear that!

Been coming here for years. Bought bikes here and have used them to do servicing on my full suspension maintain bike. They've always been helpful and responsive. You can find parts cheaper online, but I don't mind the reassurance of having them source the parts they're working with.
