After many years of NOT biking, we went into this shop at Brunswick East wondering how to make sense of all the fancy bikes and seemingly endless options and accessories. Leeana and her team were great at explaining what's what and - more importantly - why this and not that, based on our needs (and dreams of a lifestyle change). Great tips on small and large things, and warm and personable service from beginning to end. We've been there three times in as many days, and each time was a great experience. Really dedicated and knowledgeable people. We'll be back!

I had my bike serviced here a couple of months ago, great service, great advice and no upselling pressure. Based on this experienced, I decided to go here to purchase my Kickr, Leanna asked me about my training and what I hoped to achieve and discussed options with me, Andy put the unit together for me and even carried it to my car for me, which seems like a small thing, but to me signifies great service. I had to grab a couple of other accessories, again Leanna took me through the best options. Thanks so much CG for taking so much time to help me out and for the enjoyable bike banter during the set up. I was also able to observe the helpful service other customers were receiving and the knowledge the staff have about the whole range of bikes, from kids bikes, to electric bikes to the fanciest road bikes. I had a really great experience at the Lygon St Cycles Galleria! I'm just starting to get into bikes and I felt encouraged and supported. Both Leeana and Andrew were really helpful, knowledgeable and honest. They were happy to let me test ride bikes, answer a lot of my questions and we're non judgemental about my lack of knowledge! I've been loving my new bike, I've never felt so safe and in control on the roads.
