I had a really great experience at the Lygon St Cycles Galleria! I'm just starting to get into bikes and I felt encouraged and supported. Both Leeana and Andrew were really helpful, knowledgeable and honest. They were happy to let me test ride bikes, answer a lot of my questions and we're non judgemental about my lack of knowledge! Straight on the case even though he had other work backed up. Got the repair completed quickly at a good price and was extremely helpful. Incredible service, Leeana was fantastic in sorting us out with exactly what we needed, as well as answering all of our questions and requests. Brilliant knowledge and experience which has helped us get started and loving our bikes from the word go! Cannot be happier to have walked into this bike store when I made the decision to ride more and ditch public transport. Good solid advice and after sales service to boot! Lifetime free service! I couldn't be happier with my purchase. After a week, I brought the bike back in to adjust the front deraileur on my bike as the chain was starting to rub a bit, and the guy (I'm SO bad with names, I'm sorry!!) was not only happy for me to stand next to him and watch him index the gears, but patiently explained to me what he was doing so I could learn some basics! This will probably be where I get my second bike... and third, fourth, fifth... Can't recommend this shop enough!
