Generous honest advice to inform my purchase, and post purchase adjustments and care without any question or judgement. Cannot be happier to have walked into this bike store when I made the decision to ride more and ditch public transport. Good solid advice and after sales service to boot! Lifetime free service! I couldn't be happier with my purchase. After a week, I brought the bike back in to adjust the front deraileur on my bike as the chain was starting to rub a bit, and the guy (I'm SO bad with names, I'm sorry!!) was not only happy for me to stand next to him and watch him index the gears, but patiently explained to me what he was doing so I could learn some basics! This will probably be where I get my second bike... and third, fourth, fifth... Can't recommend this shop enough!

I booked my bike in for a service, NOT a Trek and after chatting to Kenny for a few minutes and working out we like to ride the same trails I left.
Less than 40min later I get a text saying my bike was done and ready to go! I figured it must have been an automated text but no it was actually ready to go. He also fixed a niggling issue and the bike now runs like a charm.
I'll be a repeat customer for sure.

I had an issue with a new bike that I had bought from a different store, the help that I received from Kenny and Leana was excellent. Kenny had a quick ride on my bike to diagnose the issue then preceded to work on the problem and fix it for me. All free of charge! Amazing service!
