A great little store that doesn't feel like a normal bike shop. Jimmy is always super friendly and really knows his bikes.

Got my wife's bike from here. Jimmy took the time to measure her to make sure she was getting the right sized bike, and had some great cycling clothing so she looked the part when we go for our coffee rides. Also the Tuesday night shop rides are pretty rad, going for a spin on the Boulevard then beers and pizza at the Royal Saxon. A really friendly team.

Purchased parts for click and collect. Cycles Galleria did not send intrusive -unsolicited spam, unlike their competitors 99 Bikes and BikeBug

Good products and service etc but buying on line they use Sendle for delivery…. Which is very poor service and pick up points are a disaster… when buying on line choose carefully how you have delivered

This is a terrific bike shop in the heart of Richmond. The staff are knowledgeable and always happy to share what they know. I've had a problem riding in to work in the morning and they have always had it sorted before I need the bike back to ride home in the afternoon. Great service.

I recently visited and was in the middle of being served when the Cycles Galleria employee started serving someone else. I waited/wandered around the store for about 20 minutes just waiting despite being 3/4 through completing an order. Another employee seemed great and the store seems well stocked but just had a rude experience.

I recently bought a brand new Trek Marlin 5 from Trek Richmond. However, I realized the bike came with a different, cheaper brake that wasn't working properly compared to the one promised in the showroom. Trek Richmond told me to get it changed and directed me to another Trek store. When I arrived there, it seemed they weren't happy about changing the brake since I didn't buy the bike from them, even though the issue wasn't my fault. They changed the brakes and I picked up the bike and headed back home, only to find that the brake cable wasn't fitted well and was touching the wheel. Trek Richmond advised me to bring the bike back to them. Long story short, I spent 4 days and more than 3-4 hours total on the road dealing with issues for a brand new bike. I wanted to enjoy my annual leave and go on a bike trip with my partner, but I ended up spending my time dealing with these problems instead. It's been a big disappointment.

Bought a bike for $949 and had to go back a few times in the first 6 months owning the bike, I could have just settled for a second hand if I would have known.

Absolutely the worst sale & service I’ve ever experienced.

Disappointing to walk into a small store you’ve heard good things about and have the staff members pointedly ignore you while you wander around – despite there being no other customers. Eventually had to ask for help and got a very disengaged response from the front counter – little to no interest talking about bikes or selling me one.
