I booked my bike in for a service, NOT a Trek and after chatting to Kenny for a few minutes and working out we like to ride the same trails I left.
Less than 40min later I get a text saying my bike was done and ready to go! I figured it must have been an automated text but no it was actually ready to go. He also fixed a niggling issue and the bike now runs like a charm.
I'll be a repeat customer for sure.

I had an issue with a new bike that I had bought from a different store, the help that I received from Kenny and Leana was excellent. Kenny had a quick ride on my bike to diagnose the issue then preceded to work on the problem and fix it for me. All free of charge! Amazing service! Great store in an excellent location. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I love the Tuesday night rides around the Kew Boulevard. If there's a problem, like a puncture, every waits and lends a hand. And best of all is the beer and pizza afterwards. Thanks guys :)

Got my wife's bike from here. Jimmy took the time to measure her to make sure she was getting the right sized bike, and had some great cycling clothing so she looked the part when we go for our coffee rides. Also the Tuesday night shop rides are pretty rad, going for a spin on the Boulevard then beers and pizza at the Royal Saxon. A really friendly team.

Good products and service etc but buying on line they use Sendle for delivery…. Which is very poor service and pick up points are a disaster… when buying on line choose carefully how you have delivered
