Had a fantastic experience at the Lygon store in Brunswick East on Saturday. Shane helped me find a new bike to replace my stolen one. He was very knowledgeable, approachable, and even helped me find a better fit/size than the bikes I usually ride. His demeanour was most excellent too - not at all condescending (which I've experienced at different bike stores throughout the years). Really impressed with the whole experience. The bike is great too - love my new ride. All in all, will definitely recommend!

Super- helpful and enthusiastic. Couldn’t fix the problem on the spot (on a weekend) but didn’t leave me abandoned. Very happy to talk bikes and pointed me in the right direction for a solution. Not my local Trek store, but I’d highly recommend them.
