Had a fantastic experience at the Lygon store in Brunswick East on Saturday. Shane helped me find a new bike to replace my stolen one. He was very knowledgeable, approachable, and even helped me find a better fit/size than the bikes I usually ride. His demeanour was most excellent too - not at all condescending (which I've experienced at different bike stores throughout the years). Really impressed with the whole experience. The bike is great too - love my new ride. All in all, will definitely recommend!

... I've been going to this shop since purchasing a Madone some 6 or 7 years ago. Its changed management 3x, & branding from CG to Trek. My current ride is an SLR Émonda P1. Bottom bracket & chainrings took 2x complete regreases, still no luck to get rid of a click. Jackson regreased with copper grease. There's nothing better than a silent drive after months of a deafening (exaggerated) annoying sound. Despite changes, the staff are still awesome. Thanks.
