I went in to sort out a Bontrager Blendr to house my Garmin computer and lights on my gravel bike. Bradley was incredibly helpful and knew what he was doing - he has outstanding experience and knowledge. While I needed to order in a couple of parts, and won't receive them for a few days, the experience was very positive and I thank Brad for his work. All-in-all the shop is a great local bike shop - highly recommended.

Went in for a service of gears on my daughters bike, expecting to leave the bike there. Instead Bradley fixed it on the spot because otherwise she wouldn’t have it over the Xmas holidays. Then, because it seemed to be a small job, he didn’t want to be paid. Fortunately there were a few other small things that needed fixing and he subsequently agreed to charge a service fee. But it wasn’t much for such excellent service.
