I did some research before arriving and so I knew that Trek make great bikes.When I arrived I still wasn’t quite sure which bike to choose.
The salesman I spoke to was able to help me find the perfect bike for me. Very happy with the bike I purchased.

Jackson serviced my bike and it rides really smoothly, gears now all tranition nicely as he replaced a cable. He took the time to show me how to maintain the bike chain as I had asked him. He is a very good bike mechanic as I have had my bike serviced elsewhere and it never ran smoothly like it does now. Turnaround time was within 24 hours. Price good. All staff very friendly and approachable. I would highly recommend Trek Brunswick East for any bike servicing or bike related issues.

I want to thank the Trek Bicycle Team at Brunswick East including Justin for your great customer service and assistance. I was occupied with work that I did not get time to assemble my child's Bike. I searched for a Bike repair shops, Trek Bicycle Brunswick East popped up. At the store, I was advised that they are booked out for about 1.5 weeks however, the staff member made an exception to help assemble my kid's bike on the spot.
