I have to thank Joe for taking a great deal of time and effort to help me with a problem that I had with my Trek DOMANE in the front chain ring with a persistent chain drop. I dropped it off this morning at 10 AM. He took a look at it and he said I have time this afternoon to make this right and work correctly. He called me at 2 o'clock and told me it was finished and fix the problem and rode the bicycle to double check of any issues. I picked it up at 4 PM. He went over all the items that he spent time with, and advise me the correct way with this bicycle with FSA chain rings, and Shimano chain to correctly downshift. I thanked him for his time and effort and asked what it would cost and he said no charge. I want it to be done right because I adjusted it before and I did not want this to be a persistent problem for you.He took the time and effort to satisfy the needs of a customer. I said I will thank you with a perfect review on Google to encourage people to visit the store with an exemplary staff in management.

I am new to the area and needed some adjustment to the chain on my 3 speed Electra cruiser. Trek Allen was the closest bike shop to my home so I took it there. I brought it in about 30 minutes before closing and expected to have to leave it overnight. To my surprise, they put it right up on the rack, checked it out and got it all squared away with me standing right there. Then I pulled out my wallet to pay and the gentleman who took care of it waved me off and said, with a smile “oh, no charge. It’s on the house.”
Very courteous staff and my bike is riding smoothly! I will definitely be back.

We purchased my child's bike awhile back when this shop was a Bicycle Plus. We were needing the training wheels to be put on for a second child, and Blake was nothing but helpful and friendly despite we didn't purcahse the bike nor the training wheels from them. He found the hardware for us and put the wheels on. My child picked up a few accessories for the bike, and Blake put the bell and water bottle cage on free of charge as well. While we were there, he also made adjustment to the bike to make it ride smoother. Blake and other staffs there were kind, patient and courterous while my toddler was just exploring and having fun at the shop. Trek Allen is the definition of a small town business-helpful, nice, convenient, and with exceptional customer serivce. We are so glad to have this shop (with its outstanding customer serivce) in town so close to us. Good Job Black and Trek Allen; you have totally made a child's day today.
