Everyone I talk to was very practical and how much money I was spending versus what I was trying to fix on the bike. They did me an awesome favor by getting my son's bike done in a time pinch and also helped me out on price with my own bike. I am completely outside of my depth as it relates to bike repair. So, I would have never known if they had "taking me to the cleaners", but their intent was genuine and will certainly be the reason that I come back.
