When it comes to the Trek Bike Shop in Allen, Texas, it all starts with the staff. Billy Bob, Joe, Patrick, Mark and others are professional and friendly. The service department is very good and they have a great inventory of Trek bikes and accessories.

The staff at Trek in Allen has been extremely helpful and friendly during my visits to the shop. They even saved me money by letting me know that a shock on my bike was not serviceable due to its being discontinued by the maker-Specialized. They also taught me about the different aspects of riding, educating me on what to look for in different bicycle styles. I will be returning.

These guys are awesome! I've been to their shop a few times and every single time my experience was outstanding! Recently, we were on a ride and I was nursing a slow leak on my front tire. We were a mile away, stopped by the shop, Joe immediately went to work on it. I was back on the ride in about 20 minutes. I decided to upgrade my tires, retape the handlebars along with a couple other minor repairs so i dropped the bike off and they completed the work well before the promise date! These guys are the best in town!!!
