I can’t say enough good things about this shop! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with such genuine warmth. The staff is incredibly welcoming and treats their customers like family. They had my niece’s bike fixed in no time at all. It’s rare to find a place that balances such fast service with a truly kind atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!

Best customer service and resolution to adding training wheels to bicycle purchased at another store. My husband, mechanically adept, was unable to get 'universal' training wheels on our granddaughter's new bicycle. I called Trek Bicycle and first phone interaction convinced me I chose wisely. Trek was unable to install training wheels because parts were too short. Told my husband extender they needed to order for installation. They still weren't able to make it work with the extender. However, with their ingenuity, they were able to take parts from a used bike on hand to make it work. Solved the problem! Caring staff, creative problem solver and had our granddaughter enjoying her bike quickly. Next bike purchase is definitely at Trek Bicycle Allen!

Thank you so much for helping me get back on my bicycle! I brought my bike in for a tune up (new tires, inner tunes, brake pads, new chain, and had the gear shifters back in working order), the guys were great! Everyone was friendly. Had my bike back in a week. Then, after a fall, I decided to get new clip in pedals, and of course I needed shoes! The team set it up for me and as a beginner with clips, set it up just right for me. It has been working out great. Thank y'all much! I highly recommend this store!

Blake greeted me when I dropped my bike off for a front derailleur adjustment. He was extremely courteous and obviously very competent. He called me about an hour later and told me that the bike was repaired and ready to be picked up! What more can you expect? When I picked up the bike the following day, I was greeted by Billy Bob. Billy Bob's knowledge in the bicycle industry is so vast, he's forgotten far more than I'll ever know. He took the time to educate me on certain aspects of my bike and it was a true pleasure to be welcomed by him. I look forward to working with this TREK shop in the future!

I own a Specialized E-MTB yet I still bring it in to Trek Allen. I brought my bike in today because my Fox shock had air in the negative chamber that I could not fix at home. When I walked in today Joe immediately took my bike and diagnosed the issue. 5 minutes later he had it fixed. Thank you again Joe for taking care of me. Trek Allen is fortunate to have a pro like yourself.
