The sales representative was very nice and helpful. I brought in a tandem bike that needed brakes and he knew exactly what I needed. It's actually much closer to where I live and I'll be using this bike shop in the future.

I’d give 10 stars if I could James Kyle and Micheal are absolutely awesome. Had an issue with my brake leaking I was asked to bring the bike for a look over writhing minutes they were processing a warranty. Genuinely good people took the time to answer my questions and even offered me a loaner in the meantime while my bike was in the shop. Will definitely be coming here for years to come .

I'm very pleased with the service I've received and relationship built with this group. They are knowledgeable, friendly, patient and generous. You can tell management has done a good job building a team with integrity and wisdom, and they are selling to sell again and support the local cycling community. I've enjoyed interacting with everyone, but John Edwards in particular is a huge asset to the industry and this location. He makes it easy to do business and seems to really care about the customer. This is my first experience with TREK but won't be my last. Thanks!
