Had an amazing experience at this location. Was greeted right away by all the staff. Dion came up to me and introduced himself and offered his assistance if I have any questions. He allowed me to browse around first by myself and later on approached me. He educated me on different models and provided me with all the different levels of bikes. We purchased a Marlin 5 and as well as a Townie Ebike. Also provided me with a discount on some accessories. Great experience. Will definitely return for an upgrade later on.

Good price, good service. I didn't feel pressured and the sales person knew her stuff. The sales price wasn't much higher than Canadian Tire and I trust the components, warranty and service here much more.

Exceptional customer service, I love coming here! As a newer cyclist, the world of bikes has been a little overwhelming, but the staff at Trek have been so helpful. On my first visit here Tessa was so kind and helped me find the right shoes and cleats to use for my bike. Recently upon another visit she helped me pick the right products to clean and maintain my bike after rides. She and all the Trek staff are friendly, welcoming, and super helpful!
