Thought I needed a full tune up to get my rear derailleur working properly. Technician found a small adjustment was required. He did that, then noticed my crankset was a little bit loose so tighten that and then sent me on my way. Will definitely be coming back here.

We went to get our kids fitted for helmets at Trek and I have to say Tessa did an amazing job. She was calm, patient and efficient with our 2.5 year olds running all over the place. She was extremely knowledgeable and even helped to get the kids the colors they wanted. Highly recommend this location and the staff was all wonderful.

I broke my seat post while out on a Gran Fondo, and needed some help. I came in and was immediately greeted warmly by staff who took note of the damage before I could even bring it up! Wow! I believe it was Jason in service who helped me. Not only did he perform the repairs, but also took the time to explain why it likely failed, and why the new design replaced the old one. He also explained how to fine tune the fit on the new post and even installed my red lamp on the back. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The repair was fairly priced, even using brand name parts. Would definitely return for future maintenance and repairs.
