Kevin was very helpful in explaining the difference between the padding density, fit, and performance in the selection of bike shorts they carry so I could choose the best one for my needs - dragon boat seats are very hard and narrow and I was looking for some built-in padding vs an extra accessory to fuss with or forget. Can't wait to try them out, thank you!

Had an amazing experience at this location. Was greeted right away by all the staff. Dion came up to me and introduced himself and offered his assistance if I have any questions. He allowed me to browse around first by myself and later on approached me. He educated me on different models and provided me with all the different levels of bikes. We purchased a Marlin 5 and as well as a Townie Ebike. Also provided me with a discount on some accessories. Great experience. Will definitely return for an upgrade later on.
