I just have to take a second to give a shoutout to Trek Elmwood and the awesome team over there! I had been eye balling this specific type of e-bike. Technically (e-scooter) for years. With every intention of making as many mods as possible all while not knowing jack about bikes, parts, brakes etc. In comes Trek on Elm! I originally went in with some braking sound issues. Sean made sure to explain what could be worked on and what could not as to not void any warranties that are active. They adjusted and got my brakes right. Bring on the MODS! Sean worked with me to pick out an extension fork, tires, new handle bar grips, and some light wiring. The customer service Trek and Sean displayed was top notch! Sean stayed in touch throughout the entire process. Any hiccups / compatibility issues that popped up they reached out right away to explain and go over the best options. Any worry or concerns I had they put to rest. I thought this kind of customer service was dead for sure! Once I convince the missus to get some wheels or I decide to get a "real bike". Trek Elmwood will be the only place I go to buy a bike or bike parts or have mine serviced. I look forward to many mods to come! Check em out!!!
