Our house was vacant for a while and we already have another place up in Northern Ontario. I retired last year, but we kept this place, because our baby daughter got married last year, and we needed to accommodate the guests from overseas. We thought it would be better if we put it up for sale in the spring of the following year, but the Covid19 epidemic changed everything and made us think. Should we postpone our house sale or not? I contacted Jesse and he advised us to sell it. When he told me that there were still buyers in the middle of April this year, my wife and I made a quick decision, Let’s sell it! He arranged the photographer from “Stallone Media” and set up the iGuide 3D tour of our house (that is is the best option right now to view properties for sale for the buyers!) Our house was put on the market on April 17th and we got an offer right away within the next 16 hours!!! We accepted the offer and after a month we closed the deal! Thank you Jesse, you’re a professional salesman and I will recommend you to to everyone who wants the best service ever in the real estate field!!! Thank you!!!

I had my house listed with another brokerage for 3 months, not even an offer! Joe was always in the back of my mind because I saw the houses he had listed in my neighbourhood sell for over asking! As soon as my listing expired we called Joe. His professionalism and passion for what he does is so obvious. The listing and the way he marketed our home was unbelievable. The media company he uses (Stallone Media) for the pictures, 360• video and brochures are so amazing I almost didn’t want to sell anymore. Lol. THEN in 1 DAY Joe brings us a great offer! Joe SOLD our house on the first day!!! I was shocked but honestly not surprised, you can see Joe is driven and does his job with class.
