You pay for what you get in real estate. Joe Rea and his team are a professional real estate firm from sign up to sign down. Joe had the highest level of customer service, and relationship with my wife and I when selling our house. He managed marketing, sales, staging and performed it all to a level that I truly appreciated his professional skills. As a business owner they have a very impressive process and almost seamless strategy to take care of you the client! Joe and his team are truly the hardest working realtors I have seen. I was very impressed with the professionalism experienced, from the "coming soon" sign on lawn, right up to the "SOLD" sign. I witnessed the "Monster Negotiators" first hand when Joe sold my house the same day we accepted offers.
