This was my first time using ByJesse&Joe as my realtors for both the sale of my home and the purchase of another. Before choosing to work with them I actually interviewed several realtors in the area. The choice was very clear once I met with Jesse. I dealt with several members of their fantastic team and below is a detailed breakdown of working with each member of the team. Jesse: He was extremely professional and thorough from the first meeting until the final purchase of my new home. Always readily available to speak, either via email, text or phone. Provided excellent advice on what the price of the home should be and was very close with the number it sold for based on market conditions. He also provided excellent advice and strategy of how to handle each situation leading up to offers, counter-offers and overall negotiations. Jesse was my main point of contact throughout the entire process. Melissa: Staging is one of the services provided by working with ByJesse&Joe's team and Melissa is the lead on this. Although Jesse and the others may get jealous, hehe, Melissa was actually my favorite member of the team to work with. She turned my house into a model home straight out of a magazine. She was extremely pleasant to deal with. Very funny and friendly. Melissa made the staging process a breeze. She has an excellent eye for what looks good in the space and how to get the most out of a room. When you see a ByJesse&Joe listing that looks amazing, you can definitely count on that home being staged by Melissa! Stallone Media Group: Although not exactly part of the ByJesse&Joe team, Stallone Media is the photographer/video service that was used for my home; Jesse said they are the best in the business and he wasn't exaggerating. Matthew and Ally from their team came by and were very friendly while taking photos and flying their drone around. The photos and videos were A quality. I've gotten many compliments on how beautiful the house showed. I've attached some photos as well. Stefania: Stefania was the agent that showed my house during the open house weekend. I met with her prior to the open house to discuss some of the features of the home (where light switches are for under cabinet lighting, etc.). She was very friendly and professional and I felt very confident having her show my home to any potential buyer's. In addition, Stefania lives in the area so she was able to provide insight to any clients about the area and amenities. She also provided great feedback on how the open house went. A real pleasure to work with. Maryam: On the second day of the open house the team brought out the big guns! Maryam worked alongside Stefania on the second day of the open house. I was realizing that the ByJesse&Joe's team had a pattern here, everyone on their team is very professional, friendly and courteous. Maryam was no different, extremely nice and welcoming, the exact type of person you'd want welcoming potential buyers into your home at an open house. In addition, she also attended a couple of the private showing appointments I had at the home I ended up purchasing. She was very patient while we took our time looking around the place. She also had some good advice to offer when purchasing an older home. Overall: The team is amazing. Not sure how much more there is to say. It was a textbook sale and purchase. The whole process took just under two weeks. Met with Jesse, stage home, take photos/videos, open house, sold home, purchase home. That simple. Working with them took away so much of the stress and anxiety that comes with these large transactions. I would highly recommend to go with ByJesse&Joe for your home transactions or investments.
