When my husband and I first met Jesse back in 2015, we were not sure that we were ready to sell our house. We didn’t end up selling at the time but because of Jesse’s knowledge and the instant connection we made with him, we knew we would call him in the future. Fast forward to 2018 and ready to sell, without a doubt who do we call? Jesse.
When we first met him for the second time, Jesse took his time to explain what our options were. He ensured that if we put in the work to properly stage our house we would get the best return.
Jesse was very attentive and knew the styles of houses we were looking for. It was no surprise that we would find our new home within a short time. We were absolutely in love and continue to be in love to this day with our purchase.

Game day. We had 7 offers, which made us excited that we were on the verge of selling for the price that we wanted. It was an intense process but with Jesse’s reputation in the realtor game, we got over asking for our house. Jesse’s expertise and calm demeanour made the experience flawless.
Jesse’s knowledge and passion for real estate was exuded throughout the whole process. We don’t look at him as a real estate agent, but more as a friend. For any future realtor needs or referrals Jesse would be number one on our list.

I listed my personal residence with Jessie & Joe and they did an open house on Easter Weekend. I wasn't really paying much attention as I let them do their thing as they were the experts. To my amazement I was called by Joe to meet up on the Monday to go over the offers. Contacted Jesse and Joe asking for their help to schedule a viewing of a house. They sent some information about the neighbourhood, wanted to confirm a budget range even though I was never asked. Responded once a day if I was lucky. Didn't end up touring the house, they didn't even bother responding.
