Incredible experience at the Leesburg location! I lost components for my little one’s trek precaliber. With the beautiful weather, he wanted to practice riding his bike, however replacements were a week out. I called Leesburg, they were able to locate a replacement pair, didn’t charge me for them! I ended up buying new, fun handlebar grips and a couple components for my own bike while we were there. Such great people, one associate got down on his level, encouraged him to ride in the store and explained to look ahead, not at his feet. He was so happy when he took off!!!! This will be one of this little boy’s core memories, and what a beautiful one! Thank you, Leesburg Trek!
