This was our first experience with Trek. The service was A on our e-bikes that needed attention after three years. The staff was very courteous and professional. They gave us an initial estimate after doing a quick check of each bike upon dropping off. The bikes came back to us after about a week like new. Highly recommend. Thank you Trek.

My first visit went very well, Dave is an awesome bike mechanic and everyone on the shop floor so helpful in explaining and discussing how we could make the bike better. Dave fixed the derailleur hanger of the bike and aligned it and the fixed the shifting , he walked me through the process of indexing and setting the limits on the mech. He also recommended some of the improvement and other part replacements with the reasons. I see this bike shop as one of the good shops which are there in the mountain areas where the bike enthusiast are not only there for the profit but helping people to be on their bike and shred again.

I recently bought a Trek FX2 from Trek Leesburg, and the experience was fantastic. The team assembled my bike quickly after it arrived, promptly notified me when it was ready, and even added a kickstand at my request. They walked us through everything about the bike and helped load it into our car. Great service from start to finish!

Absolutely exceptional service! Every time I bring my bike in for service, they take the time to thoroughly inspect my bike and fix all of my issues. Ben Touval is outstanding! He will not let by bike out of the shop until everything is working to perfection. I really appreciate his attention to detail. He treats every bike as if it's his own. I am just so glad I decided to purchase my bike at the Leesburg, VA Trek bike store. I have always had a great experience. Everyone that works there is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.
