Trek has always been my place for expert mechanical fixes on my bikes. Ethan always greet me with a smile and takes care of me as quickly as possible!!! Highly recommend this shop for repairs and new bike purchases.

You guys did a great job of walking me through the potential issue (chain skipping at start up) and addressing the problem promptly and economically. Your tech was super knowledgeable and talked me through future considerations if the tune up didn't address the issue. Took bike out today and tune up totally fixed the issue. Thanks!
