I had an amazing experience at this dental clinic! The entire staff was friendly and professional, but I especially want to highlight Veni. She was the one working on me today. She was incredibly warm, patient, and attentive throughout my visit. Veni made sure I felt comfortable the entire time and explained everything clearly, which really helped ease my nerves. Her professionalism and kindness truly stood out and made my appointment a pleasant experience. The clinic is clean, and well-organized, and the quality of care is excellent. I highly recommend this place. If you get the chance, ask for Veni. She’s fantastic!

The best dental office I’ve ever been to. Dr. Walker is kind, compassionate, professional, and knowledgeable. He truly goes the extra mile to make sure you’re able to maintain good oral health. I’ve gone most of my life without dental care and he is working with me to improve my oral health and build good habits. And, even better, he doesn’t want to put a filling or crown on everything! He’a suggested three fillings for me when other dentists have suggested at least eight fillings. The staff here is amazing as well. They’re so kind, respectful, and professional. This office also has options for people without insurance, which is incredibly helpful since I, like many others, don’t have insurance. I have nothing but good things to say about this dental office, which is not something I can say for other dentists I’ve been to. If you’ve been looking for a dentist that is actually going to care about you, I highly suggest seeing Dr. Walker.

I am very happy with my new smile, I love to smile again! I have been to so many dentists, none were willing to save my teeth, all they suggested was dentures, after the fact that most of my teeth have been pulled, as an only option. I didnt think there was a dentist that cared enough to save my teeth, until I was referred to Federalway Dental excellence. Every person I have met there is very caring,and kind, but most of all, finding solutions to fit my budget so i can smile again. I have had so many bad experiences in the past, I could write a novel, listing all my awful experiences and name the dentist who did it. My prayers came true, i finally have a dentest team i can trust. My legs dont shake anymore when i sit down on their dental chair. I truely recieve real care, i was even offered a blanket when i felt a little chilly. Another time, i actually fell asleep, during a proceedure, i have never done that before. My friends see my improved smile, and want to switch to my dentist. I love it.

I came in with an emergency and was potentially life threatening and the staff here immediately took me in and fixed me up, the way that this place is run is great, I’ve never felt comfortable at the dentist resulting in negligence to my teeth but ever since I’ve come here for work I have had no problem with anxiety or feeling uncomfortable at all, I would recommend this place to anyone who has dental anxiety or just doesn’t like the dentist, the staff is super friendly and dr.northrup is easily the best dentist I’ve had!

Had a cleaning today...have you met AHMED? He is the new hygienist with the great team. He was fantastic. My teeth feel great!!!! He was gentle and kind and thorough. Aumnee is very welcoming with her warm and contagious laugh. Jeremy, there is so much to say about Jeremy...he works so very hard both up front and in the back and does whatever he can to help the dental care/appointment(s) go smoothly. Dr. Northrop is so kind, thorough and supportive and allows a nervous patient such as myself to go at my pace. This office may be very busy, and you may have to wait at times, but they are well worth their time. Thank you!!!

Considering my fear and apprehension going to the dentist due to painful experience in the past, finding Federal Way Dental Excellence I was extremely pleased and not under any duress, nor did I feel any pain during the entire process. Everyone was pleasant and caring about my visit being as comfortable as possible. I thank goodness I found this wonderful facility and the great people working there. The work was done efficiently and completely, and I healed right away and felt 100% with my dental condition.

He’s so good at explaining the procedures, the dental plan, and the financial details. He is always sweet and is always willing to help! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED: Dr. Sandy and her staff are AMAZING!!! I had an emergency on a Saturday afternoon and they were so accommodating to get me seen within a matter of an hour (including the 30 minutes it took me to drive there. Since then, they have been warm, welcoming, highly professional and Dr. Sandy is 100% Pain Free which has been a major plus. I cannot thank them enough for taking such great care of my smile.

I was a patient for several years at SeaTac family dental care in Federal Way. I moved to Bonney Lake and decided to try another dentist close to my home. I started having problems with my teeth and needed bridge work done. Decided I wanted a second opinion so I went back to SeaTac family dental. They got me in right away. From the front desk, to the dentist, I felt so comfortable and confident in getting the procedure done. You won’t go wrong with any dentist there. To the front desk manager Paulette Perez, you are at the top of your game. Thank you for explaining the procedure process along with the billing. I would rate you 10 stars! I changed from my old dentist when I moved. I love this dentist. The office staff is pleasant and efficient and the dentist is great. I really appreciate their prices as I am on Medicare and have no insurance. A cleaning is $100, and it’s only $125 for cleaning and X-rays. I’m so happy I found this place.
