From start to the end, Uchiya-san was extremely helpful in answering all my doubts, no matter how small they were. I had a big request, and my bike needed to be replaced quickly. he went out of his way to help me with the entire process, and i cannot stress enough how much better i feel about my purchase and decisions because of his great attentiveness. 内屋さん、一日中手伝ってくれてありがとうございます！北海道に絶対にたどり着きます！

What I look for in a bicycle shop is knowledgeable staff that can answer my questions. When I have complicated requests, I need staff that will know if they would be able to fulfill those requests.
On top of that, the Umeda store has a great staff and offer the best customer service I have ever received in a bike shop. Trek is world famous for the R&D they invest into their products making, lightweight, fast, cool, safe products. If you don’t ride a Trek, the staff can and will take of your cycling needs.
This is the best shop in Osaka, they serve free coffee, BUT, if they had a cafe in the store, it would be the best shop in the world. I can go to no other shops after going here, I highly recommend this store for the novice to the veteran rider.
