TREK. I really want to draw your attention. Focus on Giovanni, a Dominican associate. He truly is the associate every company needs!!! To be honest, the purchasing experience, beyond whether or not you'd buy a bike, was outstanding. He helped me dissuade all my doubts and concerns about the purchase. He made an effort to understand both the budget allocated for the purchase and the short- and medium-term usage goals to choose the most suitable bike. It wasn't a forced sale, it wasn't rushed, he took the necessary time to make me feel comfortable, and he was always supported by his expertise in the field. The rest is definitely on my own; he's a collaborator who definitely needs your full attention and recognition. TREK.

Brought in my child’s bike to have chain repaired. Brian did it in five minutes. Wonderful, personable, knowledgeable customer service- thank you! My son just learned to ride a two wheeler and will be happy to get back to it.

Went in to get a bike saddle and Jovanny helped me instantly find the perfect fit. He installed the saddle and made other adjustments to my bike. I would recommend coming here for the bike experts and the bikes too.

You know you’re going to get a quality product here, but what really shines is the staff. Brian, Jovanny, & Andrew are all a wealth of knowledge and happy to share. No pushy sales staff here. They are more interested in the customer satisfaction, taking the time to ensure a good fit & the right product. They also take the time to research other stores and products if you are not happy with current selections. Really appreciate you guys! Excellent sale going on now too!!

I bought 2 bicycles for my wife and daughter at this shop. We had stopped in earlier to see what sorts of deals they had, and almost pulled the trigger, but walked away so that we didn't make an impulsive buy. But this weekend we came back!
The main reason we did was because of the excellent service and support that we got from the team at this store. I couldn't in good faith bring my business elsewhere. The patience, kindness and knowledge of the staff made me want to buy from them.
Jovanny Cruz was a superb sales rep. I think my ladies must have ridden more than half the bikes in the store and Jovanny remained patient and encouraging to both of them, honestly trying to find a good fit.
Andrew Fisher, the service manager for the store, was a wealth of knowledge and answered more the technical questions about the makeup of the bikes that made our short list. I look forward to working with him in the future for regular maintenance of all of our bikes.
Bryan Kenny, the store manager, was helpful and supportive of his staff so that they could focus on the customers. He's a friendly guy and makes you feel welcomed there.
The prices that day had deep discounts and we decided to get two bikes instead of one. We aren't sorry we did. Trek makes products that look and ride great. In the future, we will be visiting Trek for our cycling needs.
