Nick, the technician was patient and thorough and knowledgeable. He inspected several areas of our home and property and summarized all areas which he addressed upon leaving. He gave several recommendations for better ways to controls outdoor and indoor pests,. He listened to our concerns and tailored his response to what we needed.

We have been using JC Ehrlich Pest Control for 30 years. Scott Schmidt has been our technican all that time. He is professional, courteous, respectful, friendly, explains and answers all our concerns, and is very knowledgeable in every aspect of pest control. In all those years we only had a few times when extra service was needed and Scott was right there to remedy the situation quickly. We are very thankful to have Scott as our technician. He provides excellent service and is a huge asset to the Ehrlich team!

All of the greatest words you can think of apply to my tech, Ethan. He was a phenomenal help he truly was. I have had mice in my attic and garage for as long as I can remember, I have gone through 4 companies and countless technicians. Ethan was sent a month ago and in a matter of weeks, my rodent issues were solved. He took the time to inspect the entirety of my home, found holes that even I have not noticed in my 13 years of owning this house. He took the time and care to help me. He is respectful, funny, a sweetheart, and a good looking young man. If I can give him 20/5 stars I would.
