Colleen has been taking care of us for almost five years now, she is absolutely the best, she always and I mean always goes above and beyond to take care of our needs, she takes additional time to go over and explain areas of approvement , such as sanitation , she provides detailed information on every service. We had an issue with roaches , had multiple technicians out with in your company, that were good , however not able to help us get down to the core of the re occurring problem. Colleen took me back to the Deli, advised me , that a clean out service needed to be performed, gave me a detailed list of what we needed to do prior to be set up and ready, she walked back to our fryers and pulled one just out far enough to show me the caked on grease that was over 3 inches thick in places I swear, it was horrible, the grease Caked inside of the wheel housings of each fryer. Pointed out the grease that went up the walls and covered pipes and electrical lines. She showed me the temporary insect traps she placed in this area , that showed where they were coming from. I told her we had tried to clean it up before. Thanks to her experience in restaurant management, she said , you can use a metal scraper to remove the caked on grease, and a small wire brush for wheels, pipes and ex. Gave me a combination cleaning and degreaser that she uses , well the mix rates and product information. Once the major clean was done , and if we do all the fryers like this at least once a month , with of course nightly cleaning the issue would be resolved. We have done this , followed every step, and with her pest control experience and knowledge. We have not had any type of concerns now for over 6 months. We have never gotten a 98 on an inspection with state until her inspection and advise. I won’t lie I have been begging her to come to work us she would be a great asset to our team. However she declines and is dedicated to her team. We could not be happier to have as not only our pest control technician, she has become part of our family and our team. I am sure she needs a raise , but hey if you don’t give her one maybe then I can steal her from you.
