I had a crisis with field mice in out the next morning. The tech I Ian was professional, listened and answered all questions, met everyone in the house and answered all concerns. He found their nesting areas and left traps and treated the spaces he found. Ehrlich worked fast and communicated throughout the whole service appointment. I had to call them back when we saw evidence of more mice. Two technicians came in and covered every part of the outside and inside. My husband found an opening and the techs filled in the openings and laid more traps ! These trips, excellent service! The people making the appointments were cooperative, mindful of my time and certainly made the whole experience much easier than I ever expected. I was even connected to their Internet portal to make all my interactions and documentation. I definitely would recommend the company!
