Daniel Halpin takes care of my location and let me just say he’s so amazing and he really makes me feel safe. I am so terrified of rodents and he came out and removed 2 of them for me, put more traps down and when I texted to let him know he literally got back to me within the same minute and told me he’ll be back to remove any rodent that’s caught and I don’t have to do a thing. He also does my pest spraying and he actually does the job and not just half do it like past pest services I’ve used. He is such a joy as he always brings me laughs, goes above and beyond, keeps me informed about everything he does, and educates me every time I see him. Our favorite technician is Traver! It’s always so good to see him. Every time he comes to our house he is very thorough - taking the time to inspect and treat everything and he always has the best attitude. He always has a smile on his face and is prepared for whatever task needs to be done. Even getting out the big ladder to climb up and get down an abandoned wasp nest. During a visit last fall, he was able to identify several large holes that rodents were likely entering the house through. He sealed them up and we haven’t had a problem since.. They’ve always been able to schedule us within a timely manner, and we really do trust them to help us manage our home. We highly recommend Ehrlich for pest service
