The same service technician, Daniel Brown, has been doing our home pest control for seven years now. He’s extremely hardworking, reliable, educated, thorough, and kind! If it were not for his service, then we might not keep our regular services. The company we used before our service with him began sent a different technician every time. This wasn’t ideal. In addition, most technicians that came didn’t do an adequate job, weren’t happy to work or truly help us, and didn’t even seem knowledgeable about what they were doing. Daniel Brown is the absolute best, and we’re truly grateful for his dedication and services!! I hope the shift in who owns this company (it seemed to change recently) compensates their workers accordingly… if they lose such great technicians, then they will lose the edge they currently have over other companies, and our business (likely a lot more).
