I called Ehrlich Pest Control for a massive yellow jacket colony in my kitchen walls. They were incredibly responsive, and their technician, Allan, was informative and extremely professional and thorough. Allan gave me his personal cell for any necessary follow up questions or concerns and came back out two days later to double check the basement area and re-treat any areas of possible entry because I am incredibly allergic and was afraid to go downstairs myself. He even accompanied me to show me all of the areas that were treated and assure me that yellow jackets were not still flying about. I cannot say enough good things about Allan and his service. Highly recommend and will definitely be my first call for any future pest concerns.

The first guy who came out (Derek) was not great, he did not offer us an post directions or information in any capacity and then just departed without saying anything while we were literally still in our yard and on the property, not how you get return customers. He also did not show up on the first day we had him scheduled nor did he provide a courtesy call to notify us that he was unable to complete the appointment as scheduled.
However, I’m still giving 4 stars because the second guy (Jim) was fantastic and what I would have expected both times. He called ahead of time to confirm the appointment and provided me a general expected time of arrival which was wonderful. He texted the day prior to confirm the appointment. Upon arrival he asked questions and provided thorough information related to the issue we were having and provided helpful tips related post care to further solve our pest problem. He even dewebbed our front porch area of spider webs which was greatly appreciated. He was friendly and professional and what I would expect when spending the type of money we did for the service. Jim was 10/10. Derek was 1/10
