I have been very impressed with James as with the initial visit he was extremely informative and told me exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it and what outcome he was hoping to obtain.
I had concerns because I have pets and I also feed some strays outside. Again, James was knowledgeable and actually gave me some options which was very informative.
He continues to come back, approximately every two weeks to check things out from the previous time he was here. He is very professional and very nice to talk to and I feel at ease with him in my home.
I have used another very well known pest control company in the past and hands down this company is by far so much better so much more thorough and complete in what they do.
They don't just come a couple times and then leave you. They have a wonderful package that definitely beat the previous company we used.
I without any hesitation would recommend Ehrlich Pest Control and ask for James if he is on your service area!

Paul is a top notch service tech. He is attentive, listens to our concerns, helps us come up with a plan for action to take on the pests, and is an overall nice guy. Who doesn’t want to work with nice people? Highly recommend. Our pest problem will never be fully gone because we live in the woods, but what I can tell you, is that it is far better than where it has ever been.

I had a great experience with Ehrlich this morning. One of their team members came out to help with a camel cricket problem in my crawl space, and he was fantastic. Not only did he take care of the issue quickly, but he also explained what was happening and shared really helpful knowledge about pest control in general. He even took the time to walk me through some of the other services the company offers, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find someone who’s both professional and genuinely cares about educating the customer. Excellent service all around—I highly recommend them!

I can’t say enough good things about Mike Reef !! He came out to handle a rodent issue in our attic and was incredibly thorough.
