I've been using the yearly plan with Erlich Pest Control for a couple years. Dan is my assigned tech that services my home's exterior every 3-4 months. I can contact him or the customer service anytime an additional treatment as needed. Ehrlich "Dan" , has done a great job dealing with carpenter bees and spiders.
