We had a termite issue 1 year ago we called Ehrlich to come out and assist the issue. After coming out we went with their service of having termite stations in ground around the entire perimeter of our home, let’s fast forward to a few days ago when we came home we had the exact same issue, as you can imagine we were very upset after we having been paying monthly for a year I immediately called Ehrlich which I had someone on the phone very quickly that put my mind at ease and had a technician Jordan at our home the next day! I cannot say enough about Jordan, not only is she very professional and polite but she knows her job, very knowledgeable went thru the inside of our home with a fine tooth comb until she found exactly where the issue was coming from also Jordan treated not only the outside but inside our home as well.
I cannot say enough not say enough about this company. The quick service from the professionalism and sending out the best technician Jordan me and my husband can sleep well tonight!!!
