I want to Leave a message about my experience with Ehrlich. My experience has been very favorable, but only because of Rob Zurkowski and his manager Matt. Rob has been coming to my house for several years and he is extremely thorough. He’s always willing to go the extra mile when doing my inspections. He is also very careful about when he has does his spraying on acount of the fact that I have a dog. I really don’t know how many people would be so careful and caring about spraying when someone has a pet. I really can’t say enough about him as beside being so polite and friendly he is also very knowledgeable.. He is the only one that I will allow to come to my house. He truly is a gem and I don’t know what I would do without him. His work is impeccable and his honesty is very refreshing in this day and age. He is really the only reasons that I’ve stayed with Ehrlich for so many years even through the change of ownership. I really wish there were more people like him who work in this industry as in others that also come to the house for services rendered. I also would like to commend Matt, Rob’s manager, as he has been so helpful when your billing department has made mistakes with my service contract. He really cares and goes the extra mile. Thank you for hiring and keeping both Rob and Matt working for your company. without them, I’m really not sure where I would go for Pest Control.
