I received a pest control treatment for a little red bug called Clover Mites that I have to deal with in the early spring every year and my technician Aerin even though she was feeling under the weather worked late to do the application because it is an outdoor treatment and she knew it was going to rain the majority of the remainder of the week. She always follows the specific instructions to a t that I ask of her and is respectful of the fact that we have 2 dogs. I would be lost without her and her caring and compassionate professional attitude towards her job.
