Kory is our regular Ehrilch rep, comes through usually every other week unless we need more immediate assistance. He's friendly, professional, and efficient. He's exceptionally knowledgeable about his job and is always more than happy to explain what he's doing to either me or a customer. I've found this helps ease the customer's concerns and generally leads to a better experience overall for a problem nobody wants to have to deal with. 5 stars simply aren't enough, I'd give more if I could.

I came back from a vacation in FL and there were signs of rats and mice in the house. I called the 24 hour service line for Ehrlich and they set us up to have an inspector come out the next morning. Huascar Vega is our technician and he came 2 days after to set traps, seal the outside and made my family feel comfortable. He also did a sanitizing of the inside, 2 weeks in a row. He is an asset to Ehrlich and we now feel much better about living in our home rat-free!
