Our technician, Justin, has provided great service for several years now. He’s prompt, professional, knowledgeable and great at explaining pest issues. He’s the reason for the 5 star review.
Overall, Ehrlich provides generally good service but the company tends to be slow or unresponsive to customer issues. If it weren’t for Justin, I’d have to rate the business itself a high three stars for being about as good as anyone else.
