Mike is the man, he's the Ehrlich pest controller assigned for my building of 85 units. Mike has a set schedule that he comes out for once a month for smaller issues but will come right out if there is a issue we are having which from time to time will. Always seamless communication leading up to the visit and always prompt and on time.
