Erlich did a nice job reaching out and scheduling our initial pest exclusion service. They came out when they said they would and protected our home. However, they did a messy job filling in our outside holes with filler. A technician said he would be out to scrape off the excess filler the following weekend but never came. I paid the bill, and I have been in contact with them since January to ask about a technician coming out to scrape off the excess filler, and each time I received a response that someone would be in touch to schedule. It’s now almost May and no one has been here or contacted me to schedule a time. It seems that once I paid the bill, it didn’t matter anymore.
