Trevor at Ehrlich communicates extremely well. I know when he’s coming, and he always shows when he says he will. He’s been proactive and rodents . We’ve had hornet nests mice, chipmunks, and Ehrlich has kept us pest free now for years . We’ve thought about ending the monthly service and calling them when we have passed, but the reason we’ve been pry is because we’ve had the monthly service!

I wanted to comment that Charles from Ehrlich / Terminix did a terrific job explaining the pest control that was to be applied to my home this date. He answered all my and concerns, was very down to earth, honest and informed about his products and business. What I really appreciated was his forthrightness with the fact some of the features initially communicated to me by the salesperson were not possible but he did it in a manner that was very understandable and palatable. He explained that Ehrlic and Terminix were merging and sometimes the accuracy of the communication between the two was still being worked on. Anyway, Charles did a great job. Thank you.
