Have been very happy with Ehrlich, and in particular our tech Lawrence. we're always able to get an appointment within a couple days at most (usually next day) when we call. Lawrence always calls to let us know he's coming, shows up on time, always super friendly but also professional and efficient. explains what he's doing and asks the necessary questions to come up with the best plan for our circumstances. everytime Lawrence comes over he fixes the problem on the first visit. Jave been a preferred customer of Ehrlich since we bought our current house back in 2016 and have never regretted it.
