Picked up my bike yesterday and I’m SO over the moon with it. Hugo was brilliant, really helpful, kind and approachable. Sometimes I feel a bit out of my depth and patronised in bike / outdoor shops but I felt absolutely none of that at all! Really great to see how enthusiastic and passionate the staff are too. Cheers!

Better service at Bristol store than Bath store, Bath couldn't service my bike for a month, even though they offer a 24 turn around. Bristol serviced my bike within a couple of days. Good service from staff at

I had my bike serviced there (full service). Great customer service from diagnosing what needed to be done to the service itself. The parts were price-matched which kept costs low, and all the team, from the shop floor to the mechanics were really friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Great staff and service, highly recommend it.

I recently bought a Trek Checkpoint SL Plus from Trek Bristol and had a fantastic experience. Jon provided genuinely 10/10 service, offering clear, knowledgeable guidance throughout and taking the time to make sure the bike was properly suited to me as a tall rider.
The bike setup was spot on, with everything carefully adjusted and clearly explained before I left, which made a big difference. The store itself has a great space and a very welcoming atmosphere — relaxed, friendly, and easy to spend time in without feeling rushed.
Overall, a brilliant experience and a real credit to Jon and the Bristol Trek team. Highly recommended.

Really pleased with the Trek bike, Danny and John were really helpful, and actually guided me to a bike which will work better for my riding in / around Bristol. I had originally decided to look at a gravel bike, but a road bike is actually bit cheaper and also more versatile. The bike took a bit of time to get to the shop, and John went out of his way to get the bike from a different Trek store. Thanks and will be back for upgrades / kit once i save up a bit.
