Really helpful staff here - I popped in because I had some issues with a trek bike delivered from another store (bought under a bike to work scheme) - they fixed the problem, checked the bike over, tweaked a couple of things and charged me nothing. (I did go on to buy some panniers - but they didn't know that was on the cards before they did the work).

Amazing! I just brought my bike in as the seat post was loose. I was approached by a friendly guy who immediately helped me, and even put a new seat post collar. AND they then refused to charge!
I have always had good experiences here. The prices for services are reasonable and the quality is exceptional. If you own a bike within 10 miles of this place, you'd be mad to go elsewhere!

Popped in as a bike I'd bought (from another shop) hadn't had the suspension set up properly. Not only was this sorted in no time they also did a full check of the bike and tightened up some parts, all free of charge.
