I bought a new remedy which is my first proper full sus bike and had a couple of issues with the bike/my riding style.
Initially I was worried about taking it back to the shop but the team at TREK bristol put me at ease and worked tirelessly to resolve the issues i was having as well as making sure i always had an available option if we couldn't fix the issue.
Specific mentions for Mike and Ash for options but especially to Al and Stu who really went the extra mile to help me with the bike showing me what they were doing, explaining why and helping me understand how my riding style could be adapted so the 1x12 drivetrain would be optimised even coming out for a ride to see what was happening, on top of that i was given options on ways to adapt the bike so it would suit me a bit better as well.
I really wasn't prepared for the amount of care and effort i received from the team. The customer service here is second to none, the guys are freindly, helpful, knowledgeable, genuinely enthusistic about the industry and the kit and patient which is why i am a very happy customer and would recommend them to anyone, you will be looked after here.
